Dawa Tsering
Dawa Tsering was born in Tibet and presently settled in Dharamsala. He was the first democratically elected Tibetan welfare officer in his community and thereafter nominated by His Holiness the Dalai Lama as the member of the parliament in exile. He is a grass root community leader, a social worker, and an educationist.
He runs a community school and is also the winner of American social service award " unsung Heroes".citations and similar awards for his contribution in the social service sector.
He launched a pioneer initiative of conservation of environment in Dharamsala, which was duly acknowledged by the Government of Himachal Pradesh.


Jamyang Dorjee
Jamyang Dorjee was born in Tibet. He served in the Indian administration at Sikkim as a joint secretary and voluntarily retired in 1994 to serve the Tibetan community. He served as a Deputy Secretary in the department of religion and Culture of His Holiness the Dalai Lama for a year and then as a Director of Tibetan Institute of Performing Arts between 1995-2000. In the year 2001 he was transferred to Delhi as a special officer, in the office of the representative of His Holiness the Dalai Lama basically to coordinate between the Indians and Tibetans.
Voluntarily resigned from Central Tibetan administration on November 2003, after 10 years in the exile government, to serve the community as a member of the Non Governmental Organization. He is an educationist, civil servant, and a social worker. Currently stationed in Delhi. He is widely traveled and has 28 years of administrative experience and credibility in the community.


Sonam Topgyal.
Sonam Topgyal is a young Tibetan entrepreneur born in India and settled in Delhi.
He is a Management Professional and owns a travel agency under the name of SUMICO Tours and Travels, runs a Tibetan Buddhist website titled " tibetanlama.com" and is very soon launching a Tibetan video monthly magazine called "Bod Gyallo'. His main aim of starting the business was to help create job opportunities for the Tibetan youths. Currently he employs 15 Tibetan youths in his firms.

Pradeep Kumar Malhotra
Pradeep Malhotra is an accomplished Management Professional With 20 + Years Of Diverse Experience with a passion for Training and Community Development. He specializes in the area of 'Marketing of Services & Concepts', Business Development, Training and Community Development. He has seen several important and challenging assignments in the area of Travel, Tourism, Life Skill Education and NGO operations.

He began his professional and distinguished career in 1979 with SITA Travels and has been on the helm of affairs as Regional Manager- Northern India -SOTC, Marketing Manager-Access Worldwide, Vice President- RITCO Travels and General Manager- Iyer & Sons.

In the year 1999, his passion for Education and Training made him shift to the Education field. He was Senior Consultant with Oceanic Consultants, Participating Manager with Landmark Education and presently he is a Certified Trainer with IL&FS Education and Technical Services providing Life Skills & Value addition Training to the Teachers, Students and has specialized Personality Development and 'Preparation for the right Career ' programs for the Job Seekers.
